    Online Payments

    Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines move faster, giving students more time to eat and relax. They also provide peace of mind by not having to worry about lost or stolen lunch money.

    Online payments via Harmony

    Check or Cash

    If sending a check or cash with your student, please place it in a sealed envelope clearly marked with your student's name, grade, and the amount being paid. When sending a check or cash for multiple students, please list ALL names and grades for each student. If you have students in both the elementary AND the middle or high schools, please send separate checks to each school.

    Please make checks payable to Southwestern Elementary School Cafeteria or Southwestern Middle-High School Cafeteria.

    Payments can be given to the cafeteria cashiers, school office staff, or your student's homeroom teacher.

    Free/Reduced Meal Assistance

    Parents/Guardians have the right to apply for free/reduced meal assistance anytime throughout the year. The online application is only available on Harmony during registration. Paper applications are available at each school's front office, the central office, and in the cafeterias. You can also print the application below, fill it out, and return to your school's front office. Please note: A new free/reduced application must be filled out for each new school year.
